He, who has a history of cooperation with companies such as “Pars Refractory Products” and “Mehrgadaz” in his career, noted: Among the achievements of the Pars Refractory Products Factory during the time of cooperation with this company, we can get the title of country’s exemplary research center in non-mineral industries. Metalli has been selected as a provincial sample factory in the production sector for 5 consecutive years.

According to him, due to the imposition of US sanctions in 2008 and the non-importation of bricks needed for power plants by Siemens during the cooperation with Mehrgadaz Refractory Products Company, that company succeeded in localizing the bricks of the combustion chamber of V94.2 gas turbines of the Siemens design by the Persian method.

Hosseinzadeh, referring to the fact that today the Atlas Ceram Desert Company has been able to produce special bricks for power plants by using nano technology and the supercooling method, which is similar to the Siemens company in using new technologies, added: the bricks produced by this company by receiving It was approved by international laboratories and in cooperation with Tovanir Company and Niro Research Institute for the first time in the country and entered the domestic market by concluding a contract with Yazd Electricity Production Management Company and Damavand Power Plant.

The CEO of Atlasseram Kovir Company said: This company has a history of cooperation with Damavand Power Plant, Fajr Energy of Persian Gulf, Isfahan Steel, Alloy Steel of Iran, Khorasan Steel, Esfrain Steel and other large power plants and steel mills in the country, and is ready to cooperate with companies such as Mapna, which have a major need. They also have these types of bricks supplied from abroad.

According to him, parts such as electric arc furnace taphole blocks such as surand, tube and endbrick, Patil molten well block, gas blower well block, glass and Tandish impactor in steel industry were produced for the first time in Iran by this method by Atlas Ceram Kavir and it was able to produce 5 billion tomans of foreign exchange from the country, which will reach 10 billion tomans by the end of this year.

Also, in the copper industry, strategic parts such as toir converter blocks and toir anode blocks, which are not produced in the country due to very high corrosion and very severe wear caused by melt turbulence, are produced by this company and are used in Sarcheshme and Khatunabad copper factories. Other parts such as apexes and anti-wear parts used in the primary cyclones of Sarcheshme copper were also produced for the first time in the country, which, by implementing the development plans of this company, can prevent the departure of 50 billion tomans of foreign exchange from the country every year.

The CEO of Atlas Ceram Kavir noted: The company’s factory, located at 15 km of Qom-Tehran road, is working with the capacity of producing 500 tons of special parts, and its nominal capacity will reach 5 thousand tons by the end of this year.Hosseinzadeh stated that one of the biggest problems of this company is the space required for the production of large parts and added: the need to support knowledge-based companies by power plants such as Mapna, as well as the need to support small-scale companies in using bank facilities are among the things that should be further investigated. He listed the use of nano technology and the non-use of cement in the composition of this company’s products as among its advantages and added: The use of this method is available to three companies: General Electric, German Siemens and Atlas Ceram Desert.In the end, Hosseinzadeh pointed to the export capacity of this company’s products and especially its export attractiveness in the regional markets.It is worth mentioning that AAtlas Ceram Desert has created employment for 15 people directly and more than 30 people indirectly, which will increase with the implementation of development plans.
